Sunnybank Hotel relaunches with a fresh fit-out and menu

An icon of Brisbane’s bustling Sunnybank and surrounds, the Sunnybank Hotel is set to relaunch on Thursday, September 16, introducing a fresh face for the community hub.

With respect to the melting pot of multiculturalism that the area offers, feng shui master Tom Lo consulted on optimising the harmony, peace and prosperity of the new-look hotel.

The renovation has included the dining room, patio, sports bar and gaming room, with the casual dining/bar area offering room for up to 150 guests (at full post-COVID capacity), and incredible new A/V equipment in the sports bar making the hotel a go-to for all major sporting events!

A colossal new screen with up to three channels will be showing live interstate, national and international sport every day (including paid broadcasts) with UFC, boxing, all football codes and basketball on show, with access to convenient TAB facilities in addition to the renovated gaming room.

Chef Anthony Ahn’s menu, available until late, focuses on pub classics like burgers, schnitzels, hand-stretched pizzas and steaks sure to please locals and visitors alike, with kids and seniors items available too. The hotel has also introduced the me&u digital menu ordering system, so guests can browse, order and pay for food and drinks on their phone without having to leave their table.

With plenty of parking, a diverse menu and top-quality sports and gaming facilities, the relaunched Sunnybank Hotel offers the perfect local for Brisbane’s southside.
